Panel 1: The reporter turns to look at the camera (which is the reader’s perspective.) He says “Well, we’ve been running a poll on our website, and 87% of our viewers want to see you fight the creature.” Jeffrey put his hands up and says “I really don’t think that’s…”. The report interrupts him and says “It’s the will of the people, Sir Jeffrey. It’s your destiny.” In the background, the construction workers have wheeled in a version of Sir John’s armor. The Wyrm is just watching them all.
Panel 2: The reporter walks closer to the camera, ignoring Jeffrey. Jeffrey says “I say… I hadn’t finished!” The reporter says “In fact, it seems the town has taken something of a shine to its fearsome new resident.” In the background, the workers are fixing up the armor.
Panel 3: The young man in a hoodie, with hood up, says “Aye, nice to have a bit of excitement round here. Summat a bit different like.”
Panel 4: An older woman with curlers in her hair and a cigarette hanging out of her mouth says “It weren’t a big old worm thingthat messed up my bins being emptied, was it?”
Panel 5: A woman holding a baby says “It’s quite fit, innit? you know, for a big snake thing. Yeah.”
