Panel 1: An older John Lambton has community members on both sides of him. He is shrugging. The captions say “The call went out for Sir John Lambton, now a grown man, to slay the dreadful wyrm. It was, after all,his youthful mistake that had brought it into their midst.”
Panel 2: Lambton oversees a blacksmith forging a suit of armor. The armor has spears and blades embedded in it, pointy ends sticking out. The captions say “John, a veteran of the Crusades, applied a tactician’s eye to the battle. He would turn the monster’s advantages against it.”
Panel 3: The Wyrm is wrapped around Lambton, who is successfully fighting back. The Wyrm is covered in cuts and crying out in pain. Lambton is holding his sword high, ready to strike. The captions say “With blades on his armour the creature could not crush him without injuring itself. And by taking the battle to the fast-flowing river, pieces of the Wyrm were carried away before they could heal.”
Panel 4: Lambton stands in the river, holding the Wyrm’s head high. The caption says “Sir John had slain the monster, but with its dying breath the Wyrm cursed the Lambton name for generations to come.”
